Please try the following trouble shooting steps:
1. Please delete your browsing history and cookies. Browsers set their own cookies, which serve as “memory.” Thus, unless the user deletes the browsing history/cookies and then closes the browser and reopens it, the same problem can remain.
2. Close out of your browser completely then reopen a new browser.
3. Attempt to access your account again using www.petersons.com
IMPORTANT - Always close out of the test when leaving and always access via www.petersons.com.
