Subscriptions are set up on auto renew payments. So that an account does not auto-renew clients must cancel 48 hours in advance of their renewal date to ensure that the account will not auto-renew. You must cancel before the renewal date or you will be charged for another subscription term. We do not issue refunds if you forget to cancel before the renewal date. When you're ready to cancel please follow these instructions:
ON LINE ACCOUNT
1) Go to www.petersons.com.
2) In the top right-hand corner click Log In. You'll be prompted to enter the email and password used to set the account up then Log In.
3) Next screen hover on the ICON in the upper right corner, scroll down and select Order History.
4) On the next screen under Subscriptions, click on "Manage Subscription" then click the box that says "Manage Subscription" and now select cancel.
MOBILE ACCOUNT
Step 1) Login as normal
Step 2) On the main welcome page, scroll to the bottom and see where it says "Subscriptions" immediately beneath the "Access Your Tests" button
Step 3) Click the orange Cancel subscription button. Should be about halfway down on your screen.
Step 4) Click the OK button to confirm
Step 5) See that the text confirms that the subscription has been cancelled. You should also receive an email confirmation.

"Order History" button does not exist.
